Racial Diversity Gaming Hour - Episode 10: Why inFAMOUS got a 10, Titanfall/Xbox One sales, sexual assault in video games

We're 10 weeks into RDGH's life, and this show is a great way to commemorate it. Join host Glenn "The Commissioner" Gordon, KGB Garri Bagdasarov, and Ben "Chille" Shillabeer-Hall as we defend PSU's apparently controversial 10/10 score of inFAMOUS: Second Son. Also, could Xbox's sales numbers skyrocket past PlayStation's when Xbox One launches in more markets this September? Are patches better than delays for incomplete games? (*cough*BF4*cough*Skyrim*cough*) Are gamer expectations too high? Should games be less afraid to add heinous crimes like sexual assault to their stories?

The most racially diverse gaming cast on the Internet answers these questions and more in this landmark episode of RDGH.

Racial Diversity Gaming Hour - Episode 9: Guests Cameron Perry, Jacob Collins talk Parappa scam; New controllers, what’s next gen?

Posted in PlayStation Universe, ps4, gaming, ps3, Racial Diversity Gaming Hour by psu on March 19th, 2014

We're at episode 9, and what an episode it is! For the first time, RDGH welcomes special guests! Our first ever guests are none other than Cameron Perry and Jacob Collins, the two college students involved in the ongoing incident with Parappa the Rapper voice actor Dred Foxx. Special thanks to the two of them for doing the show; it was a lot of fun chatting with you guys!

After they shed light on the issue, the most racially-diverse gaming cast on the Internet, including host Glenn "The Commissioner" Gordon, Ben "Chille" Shillabeer-Hall, and KGB Garri Bagdasarov, talk new games. Unfortunately, the Prodigal Son Ernest Lin was unable to make it because of work.
Steam redesigned its controller! Is Bethesda a reliable game developer? EA regrets the Titanfall exclusivity deal with Microsoft? Also, what exactly is next-gen?

Posted in PlayStation Universe, ps4, gaming, vita, ps3, video games, Racial Diversity Gaming Hour by psu on March 10th, 2014

The Racial Diversity Gaming Hour is back, and what an episode it is! Right after episode 7, where we questioned Ubisoft's ability to regain hype for Watch_Dogs, we get a release date and a brand new trailer! Join host Glenn "The Commissioner" Gordon, Ben "Chille" Shillabeer-Hall, and KGB Garri Bagdasarov (but not Ernest "The Prodigal Son" Lin) as they discuss the future of one of the most exciting upcoming games for 2014.

After that, The Commissioner proves he's not a racist by taking the time to let the world know why he hates all fanboys equally in a good, detailed rant.
A scandal has been breaking concerning the voice actor for PlayStation's Parappa the Rapper. What are the facts? We'd all like to know. Check them out at the website we mention and tweet about it with the hashtag #RDGH. We'll read some of those tweets on Episode 9.

Racial Diversity Gaming Hour - Episode 7: TwitchPlaysPokemon, Watch_Dogs, E3 2014

Posted in PlayStation Universe, ps4, gaming by psu on March 5th, 2014

Ernest Lin returns for (most of) the seventh episode of RDGH! Join host Glenn "The Commissioner" Gordon, KGB Garri Bagdasarov, Multiple-Nicknames-But-Let's-Go-With-Chille Ben Shillabeer-Hall, and the Prodigal Son Ernest Lin for an interesting and somewhat nostalgic chat about TwitchPlaysPokemon, the online gaming phenomenon that has been taking over gaming news for the past few weeks. Also, what happened to Ubisoft's new IP, Watch_Dogs, since its delay? In addition, E3 is coming up, and though it's still a few months away there's always a good time to talk about what might be there and what might be in store for gamers in the very near future.

If you have any suggestions or hopes for E3, leave them in the comments at PSU.com and/or tweet them with the hashtag #RDGH! The Commissioner will read your replies next week on episode 8.
